No, that building, along most others around it, are used for things of culture, for a lack of a better description. I know that there's some choir practice in one of the buildings, a hall for concerts and other events, a place called "headspace" where young people can find someone to talk to if they're troubled by something, or if they need help with various things, like a job application, for example.
