(Enable closed captions) SO it's been about a week now since I got the '96 E36 Compact LHD, and it's been one of the most exciting weeks in recent memory! TBH, the car takes some getting used to, as you will see in this video, it's not that easy puttering about in a left-hand drive car in a right-hand drive country!
Stuff about toll-gates, automated parking machines and fast-food drive-thrus are the LEAST of my worries actually, lol! So as mentioned earlier, power wise this car has a 4-cyl petrol engine pushing 102Bhp and 150Nm of torque to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission, which may not seem like much, but thanks to the latter point there, I'm finding it quite the hoot to hoon around in.
It won't be breaking any performance records anytime soon that's for sure, but whatever it can muster, it lays down with honest, no-frills gusto and vigour. Stay tuned for more to come! :)
