Good to know. Did you only replace the mufflers or did you also do other modifications to the exhaust?

@@blazano7487 I just replaced the mufflers & put the old original exhaust tips back on. I would have liked to have removed the "Cats" on my Vet but it's a 1996 and it has 4 sensors on & around them, so I don't want to trip an computer errors. The new deeper sound is very noticeable. When you replace the exhaust mufflers in a C4 Corvette to louder ones, it will created "Droning" in the car due to it's fibreglass body. I found it happened around cruising speeds of around 1800 revs when going up hills.......so I completely removed the seats & carpet& "Dynamated" (soundproofed) out my whole interior floor body and now, the car drive's like a limo inside due to the reduction of the vibrating body, road & tyre noises. It also reduced the temperature inside the cabin my easily half. It's not that hard to do & I totally recommend doing it for all C4 car owners.
