This looks more like 1987

This is 80’s not 90’s. I lived through both decades. Party lines were long and I mean long gone before 97.

By 1997, I think 809 numbers were no longer allowed to be used for purposes like this, because in 1996, the NAAPA allocated 809 to the Dominican Republic, so I don't know if this was 1997...

This is 1989, not 1997. The last time I saw anyone wearing these clothes in a commercial was 1993 at the latest

this cannot be 1997. It looks to be 87-88
