1998-2002 Honda accord leaky sunroof drain fix!

3 жыл бұрынif you have a wet driver or passenger side floorboard in your 98-02 honda accord, give this a shot! the factory vinyl hose shrinks and then isn't long enough to fit in the rubber drain grommet! add a 3/8x3/8 male to male plastic tubing fitting and a small length of hose to close the gap. there is one behind both the driver and passenger side kick panel. they just pop right off if you pull on them. best of luck

Lol I should have been more clear, the accident jarred the original hose loose from the drain grommet because after shrinking it only had a few millimeters of engagement. After my fix, it's firm and has over an inch of engagement and you'd have to really yank on it hard to get it to pop out. She decided not to sell the car, still has it, and it's bone dry inside to this day!
