Today we get some work done testing for the British Rowing Beach Sprints Trial coming up this weekend. The idea is to do 1000m, 250m and a 7 stroke max power test all within 60 minutes. This should, in theory, mimic what can happen fatigue wise in a regatta so it can be good practice regardless of score. For this testing it was been just over 3 weeks since my first attempt so I had scores to beat and had some positive outcomes for the testing! I hope you enjoy the slightly different testing episode!
