தீனா சார் வணக்கம். இந்த ரவாலாடு செய்முறையை பார்த்ததும் என் அம்மாவின் நினைவுகள் வந்து விட்டன. என் அம்மா இதே போல் செய்வார்கள். இப்பவும் எங்கள் வீட்டு பக்குவமும் இதே தான். 1 மாதம் அதற்கு மேலும் அப்படியே சுவையும் மணமும் மாறாமல் இருக்கும். காரல் அடிக்காமல் இருக்க தண்ணீர் படாமல் நல் பாத்திரத்தில் பேப்பர போட்டு அடுக்கி வைக்க அருமைய்க சுவை மாறாமல் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கொடுக்கலாம். நன்றி தீனா சார். அம்மாவின் நினேவுகளை கொண்டு வந்ததற்கு.

Recipe is great, May be difficult to make it in powder form with normal Blenders easily. I guess people who do not like too much sugar, can try 50% weight proportion of Sugar to Rava. So 500g sugar for 1Kg Rava. May have to adjust the Ghee quantity a bit, But if Rava is not powdery, then the same quantity of Ghee may work out.

Saw this video now and liked it very much but one small tip add finely sliced coconut (fried in oil/ghee) to the rava laadu it gives a crunch effect while eating try it once and see the difference.2) you can do the same rava laadu with chiroti rava (without grinding)

My sister makes this method, it just melts in our mouth . But catching round with hot dough will make her hands red but still she will do for us as we all like the laddoos . This was her love for us to make ❤I still remember she does this every year twice or thrice atleast .. now she s in Chennai and we stay in abroad .. two days before I was talking about this to my husband ❤️

When I was a little girl, during Christmas holidays, one grandma by the name Kailasamma Paatti comes to our home to make sweets for us ….this rava laddu is the main sweet that she makes….it would melt in the mouth…thanks for sharing this recipe
