Kashmiri chicken masala looks great. I think it tastes good too. But I would like to make one fair comment. It would be good to reduce the amount of oil for the sake of health and safety from developing heart disease. This is just my opinion for good health. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I’m going to make this chicken tonight for dinner, but will use less oil than suggested. I understand that food cooked with more oil tastes better, but I also understand that too much oil is not good for health. So, enjoy the flavors with less oil. I’m pretty sure this is going to turn out really delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Kashmiri usually use Ghee with oil, but that amount of oil is standard for the reign. Lovely❤ I'm following most of the method. Thank you chef

Made this tonight and mind mind-blowing. Absolutely delicious. Thank you! I did it without additional biryani masala as I thought it would be too hot and I was right. But I did throw in a few additional chilies and ground cumin, turmeric and it was amazing. Just perfect without it.

I made this for lunch today, it was soo tasty and delicious everyone loved it and i also wrote it down, I'll be making this again soon. I have tried most of your recipes and all of them tasted like restaurant. The garam masala you use are spot on they bring out the best flavor of the curry. Love love love love your channel. For the people complaining about the quantity of oil, that's the actual amount restaurants use and that's what makes the food tasty. I have one request Please upload cutlets and kebab recipes
