I would put minced garlic in oil first , then the chicken , so the chicken gets the garlic flavour...

I would like to know too. I also assumed it was paprika or smoked paprika. It's a common ingredient I've noticed for these types of dishes.

So the three ingredients are chicken, potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, vegetable oil, green onions…Am I missing anything?
