Күн бұрын

Fisherman Soup is popular Nigerian soup around the south south and south east areas.Restaurants in Calabar, Uyo and Port Harcourt have this soup on their menu. Many of them have confirmed that this is one of the most requested dishes on their menu.
This recipe has evolved from the typical soup a fisherman will cook to a treat.
It is a medley of different varieties of seafood that can be afforded.
The addition of okro chunks is my twist, you may wish to skip this.
You can pair this soup with any swallow of choice for lunch or dinner.
