Just stumbling upon your videos randomly dont know why it showed up in my recommended, but I'm glad it did. You have a great creative mind with a good sense for videography. Scenes like @ 0:37 seconds, are small things that add a huge amount of production value to your videos. I dont think a lot of viewers will see it and think much of it, but subconsciously it makes the videos way more thought out. Thanks for your content

I stumbled on your channel after watching some Welker's Farms video's. I'm not sure about your age, BUT you're one hell of a hard working young man, I really can't say anymore other than you have amazing parent's that taught you hard work from day one, and the one thing I appreciate the most from your video's of the family dairy farm. You guy's work your asses off to keep it clean and up to date, unlike many other dairy you tubers, I'm twice your age man and a disabled vet, but it would be my honor to attempt one day of your work schedule

Incredible video. In the late 80' I would never imagined how fast farmers cut hay compared to when I use to. Your videos are such outstanding. So much action and fast pace. I wish we had a harvester but just had the concrete block type. Mostly chopped corn and every now and the would put up oats. Was always fun filling the silos. We had our own chopper, blower and wagons. The first blower we had was driven by a belt from the tractor. Always used a WD45 Allis Chalmers and it took time to get the tractor lined up just right the the belt didn't come off the pulleys. The space was about 20 feet from tractor to blower.

First time ever seeing the process and the machinery you used on the farmland but that was awesomely satisfying! Seeing the whole process from beginning to end and discovering how your vehicles and machinery work together. It's so cool to see the large scale machines in motion, especially from only seeing this on a much smaller scale in a residential area with a regular lawn mower. A very interesting and educational video I stumbled upon unexpectedly, that tedding process looked like transformers!! haha, awesome work sir, keep on keepin on!

You are to be recommanded for really looking after your equipment. Greasing and keeping it in good shape saves a lot of money down the road and saves you from fixing at times when it is very inconvenient to do so. Good for you !

Its amazing how it gets that to the top. I done it about 30 years ago blowing corn silage with a different set up. Not sure the name but it had paddle like arms and slapped it up in a tube.

Love the videos keep them coming, you have very informative information that some people wouldn't think much of it. Do you have to have a manure management plan yearly. And as it looks you don't have wet spots as your ground is flat and no creeks nearby. Where again are you located at ? Are you married ? You should have your dad in your videos more and how many help you milk and how many cows do you milk 2x a day ? Do you look at any expansion in the near future. Who picks up your milk ? We have a milk plant here in Sanborn Ia. They just did a major addition to make more cheese and in September they started building a cooler to hold the cheese until its ready to ship to the buyers, our cheese plant is A.M.P.I. there headquarters is in Rochester Mn I believe. Our cheese usually gets hauled to the caves in Carthage Mo where its aged and cut up or shredded by Schreiber Foods. How big of a truck picks your milk up a semi tankers ?

With the amount of greasing you have to do it would be wise to invest in a battery powered one ! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Damn changing the blades on that mower is a pain compared to the Kuhn mowers, although we change the gearboxes all the time because they go bad 😂😂

Very interesting. I have never seen how alfalfa was processed like that before. I've only seen it cut and baled as hay. Why is the arm on the mower so long so that the mower sits a long ways behind the tractor, and why does the mower run offset to the tractor?
