1st Hondata Dyno Tuned 2022 Malaysia Honda Civic FE 1.5T CVT by PENTAGON Racing
After weeks of dataloging and understanding the new FE platform in stock form and tuned with Hondata Flashpro module, we finally hit the dyno and reveal it.
Stock car characteristics will be giving you fast boost till 4300rpm before dropping it down then slowly building back boost till redline. We have done plenty of data logs on road n dyno to reveal this and you should be able to feel a nice rush in power till 4300rpm before feeling a dip or flat spot around 4500rpm. With the best ecu tuning tool #hondata #flashpro we manage to custom tune it for a smooth power delivery from low rpm till redline! This just transform the whole car totally with just a proper tune.

We do some jazz but being a small NA engine the gains will not be much.

How much is 29 torque if I'm in the USA? I'm trying to translate it but don't know what to use or reference from. I like that you use a dynojet compared to hondatas hub dyno because you actually take into account all load with wheels on and everything.

I'm not sure what units u use in usa. We use jdm kgmm. So 29kgmm would be about 210lbft or 285nm. I think usa maybe 210lbft. Hope it helps.

@@thtan777 yes 210lbs is what we use. Thank you. May I ask what you used or how you converted it? I’ve been seeing a few videos and posts from you and CAPTS but can never figure out how to convert the torque portion. You guys in malaysia have a lot of cool CVT builds. My guess is you guys don’t have an manual transmission cars right?

@@ValkenDnB can use online conversion calculator easily. Hehe.. Yeah we do not have manual officially from Local Honda. Only the FK8R we have in manual which we do alot every week also

How long has it been driven with the tune? Really curious if the CVT is holding up fine? My prerequisite for getting this car is if it can be tuned to ~220WHP without CVT issues hahaha

Cars been daily driven ever it was tune as well as plenty more FE that we had tune recently. Even older FC we done plenty of 220whp. Even we tune the car really well, owner has to do their part to maintain it well.

Price depends if you want the Flashpro module or just get the license. Just contact us again when u ready. We have alot of performance parts for FE too.

All car manufacturers quote their car power as engine horsepower. We use a dyno machine that measures power at the wheel hence the term WHP. So power at the wheels after taking into account of transmission losses etc the power at the wheels will always be lower than factory claimed engine power

Any modifications will risk warranty void including body kit and rims etc. We can change back to factory file anytime

Modding any car make or model will always risk warranty including body kits, wheels etc. We can retune the car back to factory file when required. 😉
