HB reduced power safety spring
Copper Customs 1913 GHM9 stock adapter
MPX 1913 Folding Stock
Eotech EXPS3-0 (I'd recommend getting a non qd latch version, as qd mounts don't fit well on GHM9)
1st overall.

I’m looking to get the GMH9 and compete in IPSC. Should I get the 4.3, 6.9 or 18.7 inch barrel variation?

I'd personally get the 9 inch if possible. If not available, I'd get the 6.9 or 18.7 inch, depending on your preference. The 18.9 inch is a bit unwieldy, but has better recoil control. The 6.9 inch was slightly too short for me to get a proper grip.
