Great video Kevin. I figured this out a few years ago and found that there are 2 types of this turn signal, one has a long stem like that, and the other has a short stem. I had the long stems on my KM 100, but then opted for the short stem ones. The KM's look better with the short ones since they're smaller than the KE's

Hey Kevin good day brother. I'm slowly rebuilding a '74 Yamaha gt80 and for someone like myself with minimal mechanic skills your videos are the best by far. You go over everything like one should, sometimes you may be repetitive (as you yourself have noticed) but sometimes that makes it easier to follow and understand (at least for me). I can't thank you enough. I watched your video "rebuilding Brian's gt80 part 1" but cannot find part 2. Is there a part 2, if there is could you possibly supply a link, ( if that's even possible) or give me the exact title so I can maybe find it in a search? I hope this isn't too much to ask, I know you have a life other than this and I'm sure it's a busy one. Oh also the one more quick question, sorry to bother, I need to replace the transmission seal at the sprocket, do I need to spilt the case open completely and remove the drive shaft to put a new seal in or can I just remove the sprocket, pull out the old one and put the new one in? Okay that's all the questions (for now at least) once again I give my sincere appreciation and utmost thanks and respect to you and yours.

Ive seen your the ke expert on youtube. I have a 76 ke175 and i dont want to spend $100 on a crusty used cdi. I tried a yamaha blaster one with no luck. Is there any aftermarket cdi you frequently use. Thats compatible with this bike.
