@user-vj1pl1mf9y non alcohol wine might work for flavour as the alcohol burns down anyway but if you have nothing at all it will still taste great. The tomatoes give it a great tangy taste anyway .I'm no professional but just taste as you go. Thanks for watching ❤️ 💙 💜

@stacey8501 thanks darling. They recommend cognac or white wine .cognac was too expensive for me just for one recipe.also can you tell me what yellow cake is ? Is it what we call a Victoria sponge.hope you are OK and enjoying the summer. In the UK we've not seen much sun just cold and windy and lots of rain.x heart 💔 ♥️ ❤️

@Sookie2024 I wouldn't use cognac either. Good to know white wine Works well. Yellow cake over here is a dense type of vanilla cake made with eggs and butter, or probably oil in box versions. But anyway it's pretty dense and leaves oil on your fingers lol. I think the Victoria sponge is much lighter. I kind of hate summer lol. I'm a gloomy weather girl at heart 🙂. Cheers 🍻
