Not necessarily, many companies use the activity they know the company will be performing until the company starts trading. There is no prohibition from doing this. What will your company be doing once it is trading?

To find your company's SIC code: 1. Go to the Companies House public register here: find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/ 2. Type in your company's name 3. Click your company name when it appears 4. On the Overview section, scroll down to 'Nature of Business (SIC) - your company's SIC codes are listed here. If you need help, can you tell us what your company name is and we can tell you what your company's SIC codes are?
