@J King clearly you didn’t know what I meant. I meant that typically people don’t see these drills as to get you and your teammates both better. They like to blow it out of proportion and try to put down their own teammates. Notice how no one was talking ish to one another during the drill, because they know they’re all getting better as a team. @@barrymccociner4105 It's such a lie though. If you have great enough passing, no matter how tall you are, and if you have a good enough handle and shot, you can make it to D1 level. It's gotta be high level and TJass really has had G-League coaches talk to him about trying out and getting to see the facilities.

Have really good touch with hook shots and be able to shoot the three ball consistently and you can beat tall players but ya it isn’t as easy as it looks

A good player will fake it half the time and go past you or he'll shoot over you if you don't bite. If he's heavier he can also destroy you in the post by backing you down. You have to get help defense therefore someone will be wide open because of your defensive shortcomings. Offensively a 5 foot guy with a good enough handle and shot can torch an nba player but there's no way a 6ft guy can lock up a 6'9+ guy that's not complete trash.

Hope its in 2 years so we see him at UCLA 1 more year for a chance to have back to back National Championships!!

@@TapestryOfLife eh if you’re not into basketball or sports really than it’s easy to not be able to dunk. It does take a little bit of hops to get there. I knew this dude who was 6’9” (super skinny btw) and couldn’t dunk cause he just didn’t play sports. Worked with another dude who was 6’7” and couldn’t get close to dunking. Some people just aren’t sports people and can’t control the genetics they were blessed with. My family is pretty tall. I’m 6’6” and my brother is my height but he can’t dunk. He plays video games and stuff he’s not into sports. It’s not for everyone. I get people are jealous of the height but really if you were born with the height but you had a passion to do something else or just hated sports then how would you feel having people you know always bugging you about it?

I agree and disagree. I met someone who played in Japan, not even in the EuroLeague or on any EuroLeague teams, just a professional basketball league, now called B League in Japan, and that was because he knew he had almost no chances of making it to the NBA or even G League straight out of college because he played D3 ball and while he is very very good, he wasn't that tall (at only 6'1) or that athletic or fast, so he had to work insanely hard to get a really good shot, and once he found solid teammates in college, he realized he could use them for screens, pick and rolls, and he knew he could pass to those shooters. It's different feeling when you have high level teammates around you that can score and you know you can trust. He did tell me that one thing he learned being in that Japanese pro league was that they really did take the European approach mixed with U.S. approach. IN the sense that they wanted athletic types who had size and speed, but also smaller guards who could do different things for their teams offensively. He also explained that a lot of people think it's easy being in that league because it's not the NBA or G League, but the truth is he was able really elevate his game, to well beyond most of his peers levels (and I only played in HS anyway), since they played with a mix of different styles in Japan and used different techniques and strategies that allowed him to further develop his game in a team mindset.

He was definitely trying. Dude that won would smoke T Jass any day. Obviously he’s amazing but he doesn’t have the strength of some of these guys. Only thing lacking in his game is strength and size
