Hi Javi. I think is a part of the solution the chain for the noises. The problem is the angle of Derailleur Hanger. This cassette need the hanger to be a little bend to work right .Go to 7:45 time in video to see what to do. Try to bend the hanger in different angles when rotate the chain and hear where the noises disappear. When you find the point where there are no noise bend the hanger to this direction with Allen Key . IMPORTANT if you don't have remove the grease from the chain clean it very well with white spirit and refresh with new chain oil. And you must give some time to a new chain to make some miles because when is new is to tight . if you need more help ask me , thank you for watching .

hi Mert. that you have depend from how long or sort is your Chain ( is expensive but is the best chain the XTR model to avoid the noise ) - from b- tension screw on your Derailleur - if you don't have yet long cage on Derailleur buy Garbaruk long cage. If you don't have all that adjust with the Q-factor of crankset is logical to have rattling on highest gears . Thank you.

My set up is xtr derailleur, Xt shifter and sram xx1 crank and chainring. So I put on the 900 chain and the shifting was noticeably better than the 901 but not a big difference. My shifting was great after putting on the Garbaruk cage. For me without the cage the shifting was horrible! I hope someone finds this useful.

Hi Marvin. you are right about the cage but i don't use it because is to long and is very easy to break and bend the derailleur especially in the paths. If you give a little time to chain to work some kilometers you see more difference.

hi Dragan.. Depends from how long or sort is your Chain - from b- tension screw on your Derailleur - from the Derailleur if it have clutch to keep the chain tight. If you don't have all that adjust right and your Derailleur does not have clutch is very easy your chain to skip cogs.And if you don't have yet long cage on Derailleur buy Garbaruk long cage and your shifting will be match better. thank you for your support and if you need more help ask me.

HI Teddy. I'm sorry for delay to answer to you. I have not try with XD hub. the shimano chain CN-HG900-11 speed work perfect for me in cube and canyon. Now the links depends from your chainstay. My rule is when the chain is on 10 or 11 cog the Derailleur Cage must have 1.5 - 2cm space from chain or upper pulley.

Γεια σου pelman.Να σε βοηθησω αλλα δεν ξερω για sram .Το ρισκαρα χωρις tuned cage κ ' αφου ηταν οκ δεν πηρα. Μπορεις να δοκιμασεις το σασμαν σου χωρις tuned cage κ' αν δεις αν στο 50 το πανο ροδακι του σασμαν εχει τουλαχιστον 1-1.5 ποντους κενο αποσταση με το 50.Το ξερω οτι θα πληρωνεις διπλα μεταφορικα αν κ'εχει κ εδω' αντιπροσωπο της garbaruk καπου στην Καλλιθεα αλλα ετσι μονο μπορεις να το γλιτωσεις κ' λεω γλιτωσεις γιατι τα tuned cage ειναι πολυ μακρια κ' βρισκουν ευκολα σε πετρες- αυλακια κ.τ.λ.Επισης μπορεις αν εχεις βιδα προεκτασης στο σασμαν να το ρυθμισεις κ' απο εκει.. Αν μπορω να σε βοηθησω ρωτα με οτι θες. Καλη τυχη.

if you have problem with shifting, you can try . Remember the 50 cog from down pulley to have 5-6mm distance.

Hi, i've just instaled the 11-48 cassete with xtr medium cage. I seem to have a problem on the 11t cog, where the chain is very close to the next cog, and from time to time seems like the chain will skeap gear . Also, on 4 to 5 cog, from time to time the chain does not come down, and i have to shift again for the chain to do the job. I'll try to play with the hanger to see if it solves the problem. (i'm using the 901 chain, i did not find the other model).

Lusian i have the same problem from 28 to24 cog never change i have to skip to 20 only few times change. I thing the first reason is on crankset in what position is on the frame if the bottom bracket is to way in or not , from that depends the right angle to chainstay.But this change from frames to frames . if you have spacers you can ad on crankset ring 1mm-2mm3mm is enough to see if the shifting is better with the spacers ( do not put spacers on bottom bracket)The second reason maybe is on long cage because with that you need longer chain and that means more loose chain better shifting , now this set up with medium cage the chain is a little tight but as i told you the long cage is to close to the ground for that i use medium cage , if you try to bend the hanger try it in different angles and positions,, and the 901 don't worry is ok but give it a little time to work because brand new is to tight as suppose to be . When work and be more loose the shifting wheel be better( DON'T FORGET TO TAKE OFF THE GREASE AND OIL IT AFTER VERY WELL WITH NOT TO SPRAY IT) The chain after a good ride MUST be clean very well again and refresh the oil.Third AND MAJOR reason is this CASSETTE is to NARROW compare to the others.
