I don't see how these are the prices considering a shack in San Diego costs so much lol ...it's the middle class homes and below that are over priced in SD and large mansion homes are actually on par with other cities .the video you posted of 1876 sefton was 1.4 and in Florida where real estate is cheap in north Central Florida that'll go for a million easy

Fallbrook.. a little too far. Living room a little dated. For $2.3xM, I can get a slightly smaller house in RSF. Zip code matters, not just size. Good luck with the sale. Looks like it's pending as we speak.
