Thank you so much for this information, I wish today's doctors would tell people what's foods to eat and help body heals natural, and not with drugs. Our body isn't lacking of drugs but the elements from the material our Creator made us from. Doctor, I love "The Truth " may Jehovah our LORD bless you and your family and keep you.

Our common breakfast includes either 1-3 dates or 1 avocado with pre-soaked nuts, berries, honey/maple syrup, wholegrain/barely toast with ground flaxseed, or pumpkin/sunflower seeds. Varieties do occur in homemade vegetarian cakes, cookies, dough, boiled eggs, and spreads, for example.

Dr. Axe, I just want to tell you that anyone that has something to say about your credentials must not have the ability to comprehend substance and only cares about a piece of paper. Most medical doctors don’t put half the effort into finding out what is wrong with an actual person. I know some chiropractors only get a certificate and the people with opinions may only be thinking that but even some chiropractors are just interested in money. Not saying that you don’t care about money but you actually teach people how to think about their health and give remedies that cost nothing to them and the fact that you share this information makes you a better doctor! Keep doing what you are doing really missed when you weren’t creating episodes and I am so thankful you got healthy and came back to make a difference! Thank you!

I enjoy listening to you every morning on KZfaq. I typically do IF in the mornings and read the Word. Will have to try your breakfast smoothie, too, on the mornings that I'm not fasting. Is there a type of Magnesium you recommend specifically? i know there are glycinate, etc. Congrats on your 10 week old baby 🩷

Should we avoid getting too many nutrients at once? For example, a morning smoothie with bone broth protein & greens followed by my daily supplements.

I just want to say that I absolutely love your work and you've changed my life in so many ways. Your vitamins and supplements are the only ones that clearly work for me and I have your super greens, whole body omegas, Candida, SBO mens. My sweat smells like vitamins and I've never felt better! My question is are they intended to be stackable when they overlap and are the pills mostly 0 calories (fasted). I love your work and all my love your way, always!!!

Men's hormones are down the drain too. Most men today have suboptimal levels of testosterone - a lot less than their fathers or grandfathers had just 30-50 years ago. There are various reasons for this. One factor that is oftentimes neglected is endocrine disruptors in our environment (i.e., xenoestrogens, BPA, phthalates, triclosan, etc.), phytoestrogens in food (i.e., soy, which is in almost all processed foods), and hypothyroidism (subclinical or autoimmune Hashimoto's disease). To increase testosterone levels naturally and reduce chronic inflammation: • Enough daily sunlight. • Vitamin D3 (especially during the winter or if you live in a northern climate). • Zinc picolinate (20-40 mg per day). • Magnesium glycinate/citrate. • Resistance training (3-5 times per week for 45-90 minutes max). • Adequate neuromuscular recovery (e.g., don't overtrain). • Adequate (quality) sleep. • More healthy fats (monounsaturated and saturated fats from sources like grass-fed red meat, pasture-raised eggs, fatty fish, organic full-fat dairy, coconut fat, avocados, cocoa butter, certain nuts and seeds, etc.). • Increase dietary cholesterol intake through nutrient-dense, whole foods. Cholesterol is the building block of all steroid hormones, including androgens such as testosterone. • Manage stress. Do what you have to do to keep it under control (i.e., meditation, yoga, nature walks, relaxing music, massage/reflexology sessions, adaptogenic herbs, etc.). • Chronically elevated cortisol levels disrupt the HPT (hypothalamus-pituitary-testicles) axis and deplete your body of the very resources it needs to produce androgens like testosterone and DHT. • Eat enough quality calories (not all calories are the same). • Avoid large or prolonged caloric deficits. • Eat adequate amounts of each macronutrient (e.g., protein, carbs, fats). All of them are important in their own way and serve specific physiological functions. Beneficial Supplements: • Shilajit • Ashwagandha • Maca • Taurine • L-Carnitine (increases androgen receptor density) • Creatine • Tongkat ali • Fadogia agrestis • Black ginger • Pine pollen (contains natural androgens) • Boron (increases free testosterone) • DIM (natural anti-estrogen) "The Testosterone Advantage" by Timotheus Ray is a nice read on male health / hormone optimization.
