Nice place. I would have like d to see how big or small the "main" bedroom closet was. That kitchen could use an isle, but I guess one could add that later. Overall, a pretty nice home.

Instead of the very tiny balcony, the top of the car port should be the balcony for the master bedroom. Also, it's not a "master bedroom" if the bathroom isn't connected. If you only have 1 bathroom for 2 bedrooms, there should be a sliding door from each bedroom that goes directly into the bathroom. The builders also MUST stop using these stand-alone sinks in the bathroom - they need to be sinks on a cabinet that goes to the floor so you can have some storage. Not trying to be harsh, but things like this are usually expected by farang.

I was thinking the same. Master bedroom should be larger and have a separate bathroom. And I thought the same about the carport being a large balcony. Great minds think alike. For the price it can be better.

Always love these presentations. Just found it a little odd that the bathroom entrance was through the kitchen! Wouldn't it make more sense to have the door through the living room or the adjoining area? I did like the bathroom on the second floor!

Easy for Thais to buy but not foreigners except if the foreigner sets up a company and all the rubbish that goes with it. Don't get me wrong nice video and a bargain price compared to European home of the same class.

Hmm kinda overpriced.. there’s plenty of townhomes available like this in certain areas of usa like Georgia .. hell u can even find homes cheaper then this with beautiful nature views. Too expensive
