This is a lure to buy property because of the prices where you could probably get a dog kennel for the same price in California not even including property taxes and homeowners' insurance. But because of the Thai law of not being able to own land especially for a foreigner, I would not invest in real estate here. As nice as Thailand is, I would just stay for an extended vacation worry free.

Rather poor videography, not up to Farang Homes standards. The rooms are scanned too quickly, many from only one angle, and do not give a good idea of what the rooms are like. I did not see air conditioners and the presenter did not comment on the presence or lack of them. Did not give a good idea as to where the house is located in Doi Saket. "10 minutes driving away from Central Festival" can be misleading - 10 minutes late at night can be a half hour or more during the day. Should show a 'pin' on the map to show where in Doi Saket. The presenter appears to be using the same script, same phrasing, as Gem in describing the property, a one-size-fits-all script that Farang Homes seems to to use to describe all of the properties.

2:30 - this is a fuse box mounted right into where you pass into the living room? Seriously? not mounted INTO the wall - so you can hang i.e. a picture in front, no, a cheap fuse BOX that is tied to the wall.... Btw., "everything is american standard, so really high quality" - that may be in Taiwan, but in most of the world they would say that for german appliances and maybe Italian design fixtures etc. - American has not exactly a top line reputation ;) Just saying. They generally are good - but lack the "oh, yes, top quality" reputation (or design reputation for Italy).
