The goal of this Wild Hearthstone March of the Lich King Shudderwock Shaman OTK combo deck is to use Lor'themar Theron combined with Stonetusk Boar! We do this by playing and repeating the Lor'themar Theron battlecry 31 times to buff an in deck Stonetusk Boar to 2 billion attack for the OTK! Super fun meme deck! Good luck!

They're gonna whip lor themselves. Brann + Zola during the anub prog turn means linecrackers base will be 320-640. Then they keep punching it with anything they want. They're gonna have 2 billion armor.

Not sure if you noticed, but the piper and boar had the same attack and health despite the difference in their initial stats, maybe you can't roll over now

Seems that way, since 31 doubles on Boar would result in 2147483648, exactly 1 more than the 32 bit integer cap (And stats of both the Boar and Piper) of 2147483647

@@kamnale1317 he definitely doubled more, the macaws are random with shudderwok so sometimes they hit lorthemar, and sometimes they whiffed

@@kamnale1317 he definitely did, he didn't notice that every single maccaw trigger in his shudders was pulling lorthemar as well, so he was getting 8 every shudder (2 lorthemar + 2 maccaw doubled) instead of 4 until he played a new battlecry that wasn't shudder (in this case it was sandstorm elemental). Maccaw in shudder has some interesting interactions because it doesn't say "copy (your last minion)'s battlecry" it says "repeat the last battlecry you played" but shudder won't count itself (the same way it won't count itself for its own repeat trigger) so every time he pulls maccaw in his chain, it will call your last bc minion, not the one maccaw originally copied.

Because the macaws on the first 4 shudderwocks were copying Lor'themar, each of them triggered his battlecry 8 times (Lor'themar played twice + macaw played twice, doubled by hero power), meaning once he had played all 4 of them he was at 35 doubles, adding in the last 3 shudderwocks, the macaws were copying sandstorm elemental leading to 4 doubles each, for a total of 47 doubles. Given that piper and boar had the same stats that were not zero, it seems Blizzard removed the stack overflow from going over 2^31 - 1, which is lucky for Mark, since he failed to correctly count how often he doubled his minions' stats EDIT: Actually, even if Mark had correctly counted the battlecry triggers, 31 activations would have caused an overflow as it would bring the boar's stats to 2^31, when the 32-bit signed integer limit is 2^31 - 1, so all his minions would have been zeroed out.

There's a miscalculation if overflow were still a factor (and you demonstrated it isn't due to Witchwood Piper having same stats as boar): 2^31 is one more than the maximum value of a signed 32 bit integer. The max times you can double before hitting the cap is 30. But it doesn't matter anymore, so 31 maxed it out nicely.

@@CB-vx1fu Nah when he thinks he's on 7 he's actually on 11. It's the next turn that he's on 19 (it's 1 Lor'themar + replayed Lor'themar + the Macaw, for a base of 3, and then 4 per Shudderwock [2 from the Shudderwock, which is then doubled by the HP])

How about a deck where you give your opponent that card that kills you after three turns? The one with the deathrattle that also makes your 1st card cost 0 each turn. If you manage to perform a negative health overflow, what will happen? I.e., you hit enemy with 1.5×2³¹ attack boar while opponent takes double damage. Would his health go to positive?

i believe that it would heal them but not increase their health past its cap, though if healing and attack are coded separately then it would likely end up just doing 0 damage instead.

Iirc there was a Hunter ccard with "Overkill, deal excess damage to the enemy hero" or something like that. SOO, if you buff that card to hell and back, you could technically do it

No. It seems they've fixed the overflow causing stat values to reset to 0. That said, I believe that Mark has actually done that. He OTK'd with enough damage to hit the overflow and his opponent went back to 30 HP.

Unless Mark had set this opponent to 1 before hitting, this was the max damage. So to answer the question, it looks like the answer is no

I'm curious. Wouldn't Bluegill be faster and hence better? I mean, it has a base attack of 2 which means it hits 2 billy in half the time, which is about 15-16 drops. Also since shudderwock gets discounted, it shouldn't affect mana efficiency...no?

Not really, actually it's only one buff less. The pig goes 1, 2, 4, 8, 16... while the bluegill goes 2, 4, 8, 16... Since it's exponential you increase every step by a power of 2. If it was lineal you would be right.

Due to the year of the raven generally being regarded as a year with a bit of a sub-par power level, I'd rather suggest a craft rather than a pull, because buying packs for that year or even wild packs in general yield too little good cards to be worthwhile. It is also one of the cards that has since its release seen some amount of play, even in wild, which does say a lot (more copy-a-minion-battlecries may well have lead to it gaining instead of loosing popularity, as well as the battlecry-quest and of course tour guide to pop of without the need for luck or other preparations).

Craft for sure. Not only is he unlikely to be pulled, but wild packs are not very good because of the few cards that are relevant. Better to get the latest expansion packs because there's a better chance of getting good cards as well as cards that have achievements that give battle pass experience (Which means more gold for packs) and just craft wild cards like Shudder.

@@lorzkotzros It's not achievement points, but each expansion has a bunch of achievements about doing stuff with cards from that expansion like "Deal 100 damage with Denathrius' Battlecry" or "Deal 100 damage with Soul Barrage without playing it" These achievements give battlepass experience in addition to their achievement points as long as you complete them before the next expansion. Achievement points themselves are useless.

Then his 6 drop would have halved stats (since the doubling only happens in deck and is removed when returned to hand), and then it would just be a 7/7 which could be cleared and then he couldn't return it to his hand.

they must have fixed the overflow because you got way more than 31 doubles on those shudderwocks because you played 3 macaws and 2 lor'themars, since lor'themar was your last battlecry played, the 3 macaws also triggered that battle cry, so each shudderwock gave 10 doubles (macaw cant retrigger a battle cry they are triggered by so they cant repeat the shudderwock battlecry and since he doesnt play anything but shudderwock on the turns preceding the otk, lor'themar was always triggered by those macaws)

You are counting the procs wrong You played lorthenar 1x then bounced it and played it again and the bird next Therefore 3 times The minion you played after the bird was shudder so the bird trigger is still lorthenar making it that each shudder you play with hero power triggers 6 times instead of 2

Sunken in the depths of my mind I found a combo, but it is probably too easy for this channel anyways. 😀 step 1: be a demon hunter step 2: play two azsharan defectors, two obtain two sunken defectors at the bottom of you deck step 3: draw and play your Bran Bronzebeard and your Lorthemar Theron step 4: obtain your sunken defectors, either dredge, or keep a relic of dimensions back to get a discount on the two sunken defectors so you can play them with a faceless manipulator for more damage... as I said, it is way too easy for this channel, just 4 steps, pah ... ... ... 😀

0 Attack with Charge just works like a regular minion with 0 attack. Only with the possibility to attack anything if you do give it attack. Of course, in this scenario because Theron buffs both attack AND health the Boar's health would also hit the overflow and reset to 0 making it a 0/0 Boar with Charge that will as a result, die immediately upon being played.
