So glad you're felling better Kevin; I was getting worried. That apartment works well for a 1 person needing an office or a couple with a kid and the price is good with location and amenities. Hello, ROSE! She is the best looking dish I've seen. That place looks nice and prices are good for the gourmet dishes they have; love the update weekly. Glad to have you back!

Thanks Remo…I was sick for V DAY, and wasted a great opportunity to video a fantastic resort. We made another video, that I nixed after editing. Rose, and the other two girls there wear skin tight dresses. She speaks English VERY well!

It looks like a great location. I really like this place but I think I'd prefer an AC unit in the living room or kitchen area. This place looks roomy with lots of usable space. The pool (& pool CR) and gazebo are nice additions to enjoy while living there. I also really like the covered porch area of this place--it would be nice to just hang out on your porch with a coffee during the rain and not get wet.

Heh Kevin , good to see you back with the video’s. Here’s a question for you. What’s the tipping situation in the Philippines? Is it common? And is it the U.S. standard of 20%? Great video and thanks in advance.

Tipping is still not a widespread thing, and I get an evil look or have people tell me something if I tip 10% for GREAT service. I will tell you 99% of the restaurants service is ATROCIOUS. You will NOT see your server again after your food is delivered. You have to hunt them down for anything else, or to get your check…also, your dirty plates, glasses, bottles will NOT be picked up. There are a few places here:Bogarts(Game On), The Hideout, Kingaroos where you get good service….the worst place in Dumaguete is Ground Zero….TERRIBLE…..the wait staff congregates up by the register and looks at their phones…worst thing is….they charge a service fee….jeez, I want to say 10% for the shitty service too….nothing you can do about it either
