To me, that house is a dream. Perfectly sized for two with an office or live in maid. Love the design & decor. Solid build landscaping and a perfect sunrise view with a private access beach. It does seem rather high priced and I would want to compare with other homes nearby first, but I can see why they prize it so much with the love that was put into it. The restaurant seems good with prices in upper range being next to a hotel compared to a local hang out. You said this is in Dauin, right? That's my 2nd choice for living after Bacong. I'll run out and get some lottery tix and test my luck.

The thin steak with all these smothered onions on top that Jenna Lyn got looked delicious.. the burrito looked good also and you said it tastes good so I will probably get both of them together..hehe. Don’t like the style of the house so that would be a nonstarter. It’s going to be hard to find a foreign buyer because of the style. The only good thing is it’s beachfront and those are hard to find. Seems like it would get flooded with a storm.

I enjoy some of the ignorant comments ... to find a buildable 600 metered beachfront lot in Dauin is between 8 to 10 million pesos just for the lot if you could find one ... I get the house could look better inside maybe with a nice pool to warrant the 19.9 million pesos there asking for it is a bit overpriced considering no pool and the condition of the home on the inside but it does have good value just by being on the ocean
