Nearly five years removed since the last time 2 Chainz stepped in the Power 106 studios to deliver an L.A. Leakers freestyle, 2022 has just put the vet back in the LIFTOFF seat!
Completely skating over The Pharcyde’s classic track “Passin’ Me By,” 2 Chainz deliberately attacks the infectious instrumental. Hyped and connected with Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk, Chainz' flow is pointed and precise as his spits, "Baby, what's yo Cash App? Just a little sponsorship / Sold so much dope, basking soda gave me a scholarship / Sold so many bags ziploc gave me a scholarship / N****s know Tony rappin' like I'm on the Carter 6."
The 'Dope Don't Sell Itself' rapper ripped up Freestyle 129 in true Chainz fashion.

*J-Swift produced "Passing Me By" not J Dilla. He didn't do ant production on "Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde", he came in on the second album "LabCabinCalifornia".

Looks like you have been skipping class, this is produced by J-Swift, in fact he produced all of the album "Bizzare Ride II The Pharcyde" without the exception of the track "Otha fish" you are thinking of "Runnin" from their second album Labcabincalifornia. If you are interested about J-Swift as a producer i can tell you he fell on hard times after this album and started smoking crack, at one point he ended up homeless.

This was a track with big shoes to fill…and he delivered! I think 2 Chainz never gets the respect he deserves. He still has one of the best voices in rap and his freestyle ability cannot be denied. Grew up listening to your music and it had a positive impact on me starting to rap and produce my own music today. Grateful to still have 2 Chainz in the industry. What a guy

Besides the fact that 2Chainz delivery is just so unique and swagged out, plus entertaining as f#ck, it's obvious to anybody list ning that he did this straight off the dome. A "real" freestyle. Rare as hell. Very impressive. Over my favorite bear off allrime too
