My mum used to have rollers in her hair all the time when I was younger and now I appreciate it so much. It gives me such a feminine feeling because we have all those fun tools for our appearance. I just love it

I like that you explain well and you go straight to the point. Other beauty influencers have super long intros I always skip. I just got hot rollers for Christmas and I didn't like the result but I think I placed them very weirdly (rolled to the side instead of under or over) I'm gonna try your technique for the 90s look asap

i got hot rollers for christmas and my hair HOLDS so well. its looks better, holds longer, and takes less time. i have short hair and it kinda gives me that perm look i love it

actually, i used hot rollers in the 70's for my long hair and we rolled them BACK, not up or under.

Hi Amy, how did you prep your hair before rolling it? Like what products did you use before and after? Both styles look amazing on you! You convinced me to switch from the 70s to 90s look most recently. Also, how do you keep the curls all day? When I use Velcro or hot rollers, the curls go away after an hour or two. 😣

How long did each process take to put up? I'm about to go back to work in an office again....and I haven't gotten up and tried looking nice before 9 am for a year and a half lol... I'm trying to plan out little tricks to be able to look lovely in ~40 min or less

I would say total process including allowing them to cool for 20’mins is 40 mins. About 10-15 mins to put in and 5 to takeout and style
