Bread custard ! We call it SHAHI TUKDA and we don't use custard powder in it. Paal cake is a new thing. Very nice 👍

Simplify further !! Thin out some condensed milk(milkmaid/Amul mikhail mate) with a small quantity of saffron infused Milk and pour over the fried bread ..excellent !!

thxs had no idea. many recipes callg for buttee we are asked to put in sme oil to stop butter frm burning. i add a little ghee to it. never knew it was not ok. are u sure ??!!

@@bluewaters2231 yes ..don't mix ghee or butter with oil If u feel butter is burning use very low flame... Also...when we make kadhi from dahi always tadka of ghee to it instead of oil.
