RECIPE: (makes 5 mini desserts)
60g (6 tbsp leveled) cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) juice
Sweet juice is the best for this recipe: such as mango, pineapple, guava, peach, apricot, multivitamin juice, fruit juice mixed etc. I used pineapple juice. You can also use sour juice such as orange juice and add sugar or honey to your taste. You can use fresh or store bought packet juice.
Store in the fridge in the silicon muffin cases for up to 3 days.
