I had the amazing opportunity to eat here with my family. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. You don't just sit down here to eat good food; you get to experience artists and enthusiasts who love their craft deliver it to you in a way that makes you just as passionate about food and service as they are. I learned more about ingredients and pairings more than I ever expected to. I felt like my taste buds grew in pedigree after 3 hours of fun with their amazing staff. It was brilliant. Thank you S3 for capturing this inspiring and intimate experience.

Your videos are incredible. Please keep going and I hope you make it big! Adrian's blazers are always on point. Very hesitant about doing pairings at fancy places because I have had some mediocre ones in the past but because of this video I will be doing a pairing at Oriole when I visit there next month. I wish there was some kind of affiliate marketing for these places (like Amazon has) so you two could get some compensation for the wonderful videos you put together and the influence you have on these fine dining restaurants.

We'll be honest, as you're considering the pairing... it was a bit of a hit and miss for us, we weren't blown away by some of the pairings, but at the same time there were some absolutely beautiful wines here too! Thanks for your note on affiliate marketing, for now we're just happy to share content and grow our page. How do you feel about visiting Michelin star restaurants during the summer time? Seems like the decadent ingredients like truffle are not in season. Are summer menus more bland, in your opinion?

No, unfortunately they're not! Here we did 2 pairings, Adrian was drinking the more prestige pairing and I drank their 'regular' so to say, pairing... so we could experience both.
