Rice - 1 Cup
Soak 20 mins
Salt - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - ½ tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Green Chili - 2
Garlic - 5 cloves
Spring Onion Whites - 2-3 tbsp
Beans - 2-3
Carrot - ½ small
Salt - as per taste
Kali Mirch - as per taste
Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Green Chili sauce - ½ tbsp
Soya sauce - ½ tsp (dark)
Spring onion greens - serve karne ke liye

I washed the Rice with normal water to remove all the heat from them and to stop the cooking process after straining the Rice. It took me exactly 5 minutes for the Rice on the Flame. I took 1+1/4tsp Salt, 1/2tsp Black Pepper, and 1/2tsp Ajinomoto. I took 1/2tbsp of Red Chilli Sauce and 1/4tbsp Green Chilli Sauce, 1tsp Vinegar, and 1/2tsp Soy Sauce.
