It really doesn’t stop round here, off the back of two diamond leagues I am right back to it with two 800m races in the 3 days.
Come along and see a real behind the scenes look into what it’s like to be at the high steel of athletics on the track circuit. It’s not completely what you might expect!

Fantastic videos of behind the scenes of a world class middle distance runner. Have a good 800 tonight and run strong, I’ve been watching your races and you are performing brilliantly! Confidence is key 🔐

for the washing, I usually shower in my kit and dry stuff in the sun (if possible)... if the weather's good things are ready to go by the time the afternoon rolls around

These videos are brilliant. So interesting, well put together and dropping gems. I saw you race in Oslo last week, congrats, what a race you had! As somebody who gets frequent injuries as an amateur runner, I was wondering what you do to recover? Or has anything specifically helped you stay injury free? Especially during track season when the intensity and frequency is so high. Thanks in advance and good luck with the rest of the season.

Great point about getting a more comfortable room. Sleep is important.

Great vidéo once again, cool to see the backstage of a middle distance pro runner :D (I wish that in France pro athletes do the same)

3:44 interesting that you raced with other athletes in mind. That suggests you didnt run your own race and still won but, like you said, yiu would have wanted to move sooner. Hesitation can defeat us in many ways

Rotich has an Olympic silver the polish not and kzozkck can’t run 1:42 rotich would have won gold in tokyo if he had a bit more track to run he has the best tactics
