Today I had 2 jobs setup. 1st up I had a mobile home, which i havent done one in a very long time. I cleaned the roof that was very dirty and also the siding. 2nd job was a partial roof wash and a side wall which came out beautiful. For the roofs I used a 6% mix of SH and water. My surfactant was almost non existent lol I hadnt added any into the SH. Hope you guys have a great holiday season. I LOVE YALL!!!

You teach me about your mix process on the softwash. I have a teaching moment to share with you. The gable end trim boards on the roof is called Barge Board and trim boards at the gutter line is the Fascia Board. Your friend from the Pacific Northwest. 😆😃 🎄🎁🎅

Thanks you too. For those I just give them a value price. Like I know I can do that under an hr then I can definitely charge $300-350 for it. If I calculate that job by sq ft It wouldn't make sense financially for me.

Only concern I have with the mobile home roof is , if it's left up there those galvanized ducts & vents Will rust out so if i don't rinse i will hit that portion with a neutralizer in a spray bottle before I leave & also the metal antenna pole that was next to the house but I believe you rinsed that already so probably no need for that. Good job cliff.

No I've always been scared when I first did one so from day one I just put in to either rinse or use the neutralizer at least just on the galvanized metal.. I live in a home like that & I can tell by the screw heads some spots wasn't rinsed that good when I did mine. On that one though There was a little rust strip already up there on one of those ducts I saw from where the previous person did it from what I saw.. I could be mistaken Cliff but I'm just cautious lol. @@PinkFlamingoPowerWash

So you use the hand sorayer when you need something more toward 6 ish%. But your downstream is usually at like 3 and not very adjustabe? If you wanted to downstream a higher concentration instead if pump up could u just put a little pump in the sh tank

Downstream can only go up so high. And that's normally around a 2ish percent. For roofs 5-6% is needed so a dedicated softwash system is the ticket

Cliff what's a good range per day for Google ads to get a return that you have seen we are avg 20-30$ day and is working well. Merry Christmas to you and your family....also if you ever need to use a dual barb injector and drip both in chem tank and you'll avg 2 percent when needed but obvious 12 v when needed...I downstream almost 90 percent of my jobs...love the dual barb.. typically is in my soap and chem with a shutoff to slow flow of soap when needed Northern VA in the house!!

For Google ads I'd say $40-50 a day to see the highest return. Bit 30-40 will still get the phone ringing. I haven't used the dual barb injector my super suds sucker already pulls that much already lol I've been using the same injector for like 3 years now

I've washed a few mobile homes, the lower skirting is always a beast to clean it seems like. Usually I pull my 12v hose because I know that a house wash isn't going to be enough, SMH. Was the 2nd job partial roof an HOA Police job?

I didn't wanna walk back n forth to change the percentage of the mix once I done with the roof and I wasn't gonna spray 5-6% mix on a siding. I downstreamed cause I have a flow pro remote bypass so I can turn the mix on and off and get to rinsing.

What is the mix for the down stream on roofs and concrete? it seems you prefer down stream for a weaker mix on some jobs. If you'd break that down as well on why and when to switch from the 2

Can't clean roofs with downstream. You need a 5-6% mix. Downstream is good for siding, pool cages, and fences. Downstream is under 2% that's why it's good for those delicate surfaces.
