2 Shooters fired over a tall wooden fence into a large crowd at a back to school pool party in Kansas City, Dondre Hart, 20, and Deshawn Dudley, 26, were pronounced dead at the scene. A third was taken by ambulance to the hospital and the fourth was taken by a private vehicle.
