I have been watching so many bahay designs and this one really looks like it's the one. The property I have has a beautiful mountain view out the rear... across a big rice paddy and mango trees. A wonderful fish pond with banana, mango, guava & coconut palms to the front and left and a large mango grove to the right. Rice paddies all around. I would expand the terrace all around. Love the views from the dining room and master bedroom. For my house, I'd enlarge the windows as much as possible, use reflective glass with some roof overhang to provide some shade. Love the pool, add a large covered lanai with a hammock for me & my filipina wife and I'm in heaven.
