I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle kzfaq.infoUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.

Great video sir. I rebuild a lot of 2 cycle engines. I would advise if you do more to invest in a tool to allow you to pressure test the crankcase. With a saw that requires this much disassembly/reassembly it sucking to get to the end only to find out the crankcase is sucking air. Again great video, keep up the good work 👍

Maybe you didn't show it, but can be a good idea to wipe a little 2 stroke oil on the cylinder before reassembly.

The screws backplate that was removed at 10:32 was left out in reassembly (18:37).

Вот и я так же ремонтировал пилу Штиль. Шина с цепью мешаются, я их и снял. Пошаманил маненько ,начал запускать без этих "лишних" деталей, запустил ,газанул, и полдня пружину и все остальное от сцепления по огороду искал.

grouse work on that good old Chainsaw and to me it looks like a early 90s type of Chainsaw possibly made in Japan too but yeah all good quality back then if i am not mistaken on it,s make of the year etc.

You should find a bunch of motors that still work but the rest of the machines are beyond repair, and then create a decorative floating magnet thing. Just hook up magnets to the motors and when they spin, you can get metal to float. You could even have a floating table or something.

Кривошипную камеру загерметизировал плохо, подшипники и кольца поршневые не проверил, поршень от нагара очистил плохо, карбюратор не перебрал, не проверил, шнур и механизм стартера не проверил, не смазал. Но всё равно лайк.
