I made the chickpea orange chicken twice, it was delicious! Second time around I tweaked it slightly by adding 2 extra dates and reduced the amount of vinegar! Keep up the good recipes!

Check out getting a rice cooker or crockpot where you can throw these ingredients in and cook it without access to a full kitchen

I recently converted to veganism and your page is definitely helping me. I live in the South and there are always cookouts and restaurants with lots of pork, beef etc. I can't thank you enough for helping this country girl raised on meat with converting over.

Girl you love a sweet potato EVERYTIME I pick one up I see my husband smiling face and I see your smiling face but I never hear you talk about the Japanese sweet potato if you haven't tried it it's a must-try please you love it

Ooooooh, I love japanese sweet potatoes too. But since I'm from Georgia I can't help but have a real special place in my heart for the garnets and jewels, etc ❤️ BTW, just picked up some Okinawan purple sweet potatoes yesterday. Have you had them? Super sweet!

I tried being vegan before and felt it was too expensive, that was years ago. I have been vegetarian for 10yrs. Now and just went vegan 3wks ago and you have made my transition so much more easier and I just wanted to say thanks you! I was trying a plant based diet for a full month, and while it was definitely beneficial especially while using some of your recipes, I lost a lot of weight and I didn't want to. I only added back fish and eggs, but your recipes are inspiring me to try it again. I'll just have to keep educating myself on the diet (since I'm only 15) but thank you for creating awesome recipes!
