I just wanted to thank you for being so honest with us. I think it will help so many women if these things ever happen to them. I know if that clot and bleeding happened to me I would have been so scared but now if it happens I feel as though I would be more calm. And with the baby blues I feel as though so many women will be able to relate. I am only 18 but all I want is to be a mum and have lots of kids running around. But that's not for a few years yet obviously. I love you and your family so much, congratulations on Hailey. And thank you for doing what you do and been such an inspiration. Love of love from Australia. - Rachael 💞💞💞

When I was 18, I was much like you. Sitting on a plane to Sicily, the woman next to me randomly said to me, 'I had a baby at 18, and a baby at 30. The best advice I will ever give you is to wait. I am a better mom at 30, I know myself, I can give my child more than I ever could at 18.' I was confused, but the words stuck with me. It feels like that is far away, but I felt young at 25 and just as young now. I just had my first at 29, and I can tell you, waiting was the best thing I ever could have done for my baby girl! I was able to do my pregnancy and birth my way, despite everyone trying to sway me one direction or another. Also, I am raising her my way, completely, because I am financially stable, have had my own growth time to set what morals and lessons I want to teach my little girl, I have traveled and lived, and I have direction and confidence in my life which make it much easier to overcome the fears that being a new mom with a whole life in my hands naturally can bring on. I had a home birth, naturally with no medicine, although no one supported it except baby's father, but we did our research and it was wonderful. I healed well and I was able to take my time at home to heal. Shes 2 weeks old and perfect. I was able to keep her cord attached, something hospitals don't allow even though it's better for baby, and it fell off after 3 days and healed to a perfect belly button. We save money doing clothe diapers, something everyone told me was so difficult, but we love it and baby has no rashes and we made the investment easily instead of stressing over buying hundreds of dollars of diapers. As far as post partum weirdness. My goodness, the things to research. Are you letting baby cry? New research says letting newborns cry is pointless and tramatic. These are the things to look into. Are you going to breastfeed, how long? My baby feeds every 2 or 3 hours, sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes for 40, sometimes in between long naps. I am lucky enough to not have to work currently so she gets my full attention. Healing myself has been time consuming. No one tells you. Even pooping after birth takes time and patience and a whole lot of confidence. My first week, pooping and peeing were not fun. It burns when you pee, so you lean forward or you use a bottle of warm water to dilute the pee amd you don't let it touch your vagina. You bleed a lot the first few days, this in combination with feeding and water loss, I was often pale and needed daddy to constantly make me food because getting up and moving around took effort as I healed. Week 2 had been better, much less uncomfortable. I celebrated my first poo that I actually had control over two days ago. Anyways, just think about it. A lot. There is still of course the next 18 years of her life. We are now parents. Our lives are not on hold all the way, but certainly we are not as free to just go and do. Baby is a constant thought. Single moms, I salute you. I could not do any of this without her father.

I was the exact same way! I had baby blues for the first couple weeks. The first baby I thought I was losing my mind. The second one I realized this to shall pass. I'm such a sentimental person as it is that those first days postpartum were extra hard, but most of the time I was crying because I couldn't believe how blessed I was! Haha. Now I'm 10 weeks pregnant with #3 and feel the same way because of the hormones. You're doing great! ❤️

Awww, I remember all the emotions and feeling sad/sentimental at the milestones - but happy too... it all makes you feel a bit doolalley! Sleepless nights don't help, eh! You're doing great though Nat and Hailey Wren is beautiful and thriving 😍 Pat yourself on the back for keeping all the balls in the air, rest as often as possible - and make the most of family and friends! God bless you all! ☺💟

You look gorgeous Natalie! I had these baby blues with my little baby girl, too, when she was born ( she's now 5 months old ) and I can totally relate. Thank you for being so honest with us and I'll be praying for you to get as much rest as possible 😅 Additionally I wanted to say, that you're so blessed having such a strong bond with your family, in my case it's way more difficult and I would love to have that bond! Of course you know how blessed you're but sometimes we forget to focus on the things we have and I just wanted to remember you 😊 If I caught myself being on a bad mood or sad focusing on all I don't have y try to immediately look around me and find three things I have. Love your videos and your family 💕 God bless you!

Natalie Bennett Could you do postpartum belly shots again, at 3, 6, and 9 months, and 1 year? After you had the boys, you did a belly shot, and your belly was flat and muscular and you said, you felt the healthiest you've ever felt, at that time. I'd just like to see, if it's possible, to get that same flat and muscular belly, after having your 3rd baby, and I'd like to know, how you're feeling at those times, as well! Also, if you can do the belly shots at 3, 6, and 9 months, and 1 year postpartum, can you explain what you do, to flatten your belly and how you get it so muscular? Are there certain foods you eat, when you're working out? If so, please let us know! I had my last baby 8 years ago, and due to my two cesareans and 5 pregnancies, I have a belly pouch above my cesarean line, that I just cannot get rid of, no matter what exercises I do, how often I exercise, and or if I eat healthier meals. Would love your help, your advice, and your suggestions! Baby Hailey Wren is so freaking adorable! Where have the last two weeks went? Its already flying by way too fast! :-/
