I won’t speak on these photos… but I will say I did Your 10 min everyday exercise first time yesterday and noticed some difference… then an older woman complimented me telling me how beautiful I was- mind you, I was frowning and wearing a hat and two hoods!- then today I seen a difference despite not doing it this morning! So, if you doubt it, just try it. What would it hurt?

My sister and cousin do certain moves for some time: There is a face massage and face yoga. I see difference on their faces. I have started recently myself as well and I was feeling pain on my head, neck and around eye area before massage. It relaxes my face and decreases the pain as well. From my perspective it does help. Generally in everything patience and consistency is key after relying on the choice of the instructor.

How is your face rn?

@@Fangirl640 I have so many things to do due to autoimmune conditions. Depending on my energy levels I choose what to do best for the moment. I did for a while I stopped for a while. But for me, in a short time what it was doing? I had so much pressure on my head. It was relaxing all. This is like very big something for people who are dealing with heavy head and tightness on their head. My jawline was looking prominent and I like it. For a reference, I almost never had extra weight except 6months max in my life. And reference that was extra for my definition. Because some people think when you have no weight you will have structured jawline and under no sluggishness. It helps for these. But why I like general, because it also helps to lymphatic drainage. Due to my autoimmune condition I get a lot of drainage in my head. You will see people who deal with autoimmune they will do body lymp massage, facial massage etc. I highly recommend. It is a self care also if you love. I am not sure I answered what you were looking for.

On the left, the photo angle is from the top and she’s also scowling. The right one is parallel and far from the screen so the face looks smaller and has some blurring filter that’s removing the skin texture/ pores and is also making the eyebrows thinner and smoother (or maybe she waxed them). She also looks more relaxed here whereas on the left one, she looks tense/stressed. Weight loss can also help the face look smaller. Lymphatic drainage can temporarily change your facial features but it’s not permanent.

is there a way to make a close set eyes further apart by exercise?
@AlgPortfolio7 ай бұрын
As a photographer I can see angle/lens change. Similar looking set of photos can be done in 5 minutes or less apart. Done face massage for two months. Done completely identical pictures before and after. No change. But people who want to believe - will believe. Every single person can do exactly same trick and you don't need to wait. Just completely relax/drop your face on first photo and flex it how you want it to look on second photo. Now you can teach others.

Finally somebody in the comment section that has given helpful feedback! I don't know if face massages make a difference, but it worries me incase it increases my wrinkles because I am stretching my face
@AlgPortfolio6 ай бұрын
@@user-vu8pm4dw6d I've done two month course in the past. If you'll be stretching your skin it can indeed increase wrinkles. You need to avoid it at all costs. So either using massage cream or oil that suits your skin type during massage is a must. Need to make sure that nothing gets stretched. Work both hands: one hand prevents skin stretching and another promotes blood/lymph flow.
@AlgPortfolio6 ай бұрын
@@user-vu8pm4dw6d by the way, also need to be careful, as working with lymph nodes can have side effects. For me, I developed a lesion on the area where lymph node is (close to face / ear). It started growing really fast and eventually started badly bleeding. It was 1cm in diameter and when bleeding, blood was literally dripping down my face. Extremely painful. Had to remove it surgically. Chances of something like this happening are very low, but unfortunately not zero.

There’s difference in the closeness to the lens and angle but it couldn’t change the depuff of her face. These techniques work if one does them enough, daily and correctly, it’s not something she just came up with, there are many other professionals who practice them and there’s science behind. Try doing it more time per day and add more techniques, there are many other videos from her and others. Maybe your diet and habits don’t help to take something out from the amount of time you are putting into it. Doing exercise and hydration are fundamental to good lymph drainage and fascia elasticity. Highly processed foods, lots of carbs i.e. cause water retention and inflammation. Good posture and good sleeping also is key.

I noticed that too. But could be standing a slightly different angle with her nose tilted up a bit
@Prashant_3949 ай бұрын
Yup it can .. sometimes your nose and lips look bigger than normal because of water retention and face fat so if you lose face fat and get rid of water retention (by fat burning exercise, facial massage, limiting salt and sugar intake and healthy diet) your nose and lips comes back to their natural form and overall face too.. that is more defined facial features and if you stay hydrated you will have a glowing and hydrated face..
@Babesinthewood976 ай бұрын
@@Prashant_394I agree, this is my experience BUT only the nose appears slimmer from weightloss. My lips appear fuller when my face is slimmer. Maybe because there is less pressure from chubby cheeks pressing down on your lips. I think this is very common. Lips appear fuller after losing excess weight. It could also be hormone related.
