I think Xaero's Worldmap and Minimap are better than Journey map. They fit in more with Minecraft's theme and feel less cheaty due to less options being available to view. Also the maps just look more high-quality in each.

Also, Terralith now includes its own new biomes but still is compatible with Biomes O' Plenty, for anyone who's interested. Another update is that Friends and Foes now has the Tuff Golem, Moobloom, and Iceologer too, as well as a beekeeper villager. I play using it and it's incredible.

Even if JourneyMap isn't that vanilla friendly, it's just easier, and perfect for traveling. It has lots of features that are just very cool and easy to use.

Love the video! Terralith makes the whole world feel so ambient and as if there is a story to the entire world! I recommend it for any modpack

i saw you briefly mention immersive weathering but i can't believe you only mentioned just the brick making! there's new biome features, new mechanics, and so much extra content that really seemed to be forgotten/glanced over by being put in that rapid fire list, a mod too small and not simple enough to be properly explained in that kind of list anyways imo

It was definitely a hard choice between including immersive weathering and other mods in that rapid fire list. That said, It's not a once and done forever - I'll always be sure to revisit a mod I know I haven't covered fully in future videos! Immersive Weathering was an awesome mod when checking it out, it'll get fair praise in future videos :)

Cool mods! There is also a new mod AdoraBuild: Structures that adds 32 unique structures with useful loot and now covers 14 biomes quite high-quality and perfectly fits into the natural minecraft generation

Great video, but it felt a little wrong to only mention Immersive Weathering in passing and only talk about the block weathering, since the mod has a lot more features which are great imo

If you do something like blocks plus or even the ones that add structures, do we have to make a new world or can we use a currently world that's 1.20?

Ik it's late but for anyone in the future or maybe you stil, you can use your world you already have, just reset your world's chunks. BUT reset only the chunk you HAVENT build anything in, as reseting chunks will erase anything that was not naturally generated

Minor Nitpick, but More Villagers is actually NOT a Vanilla+ mod. The hunter sells Blaze Rods, when one of the core ideas in minecraft development is that Blaze Rods can ONLY come from Nether Fortresses.

When I was watching at 2:50 the fast leaf decay mod, I noticed how your leaves when falling crumpled into slabs and piles. What is that mod becuase I thought it was fast leaf decay that did that but it wasnt. Does anyone know?

Of course! That's Inventory Tweaks. Mouse Tweaks and Inventory Tweaks work very well together but they're technically separate mods, completely forgot to mention!

Unfortunately not. On the bright side, Incendium does exactly what Amplified Nether does, except it adds more biomes and structures, so you're not missing out on anything the mods offer :)

Immersive Weathering can't really be one of the rapid fire mods. You told 2 features of the mod but the mod adds many, many, many more things. It is like Regrowth.

it upgrades vanilla gameplay without adding anything new (like new blocks) or anything new that massively changes the game (like biome mods), depends on your own personal definition as it could either or of those 2; I personally like considering my own vanilla+ modpacks as the latter one (doesn't massively edit the game or massively overhaul anything, just gives quality of life changes and maybe some visual changes). A good definition you could follow instead that works for everyone's definition of vanilla+ is "mods that still feel like vanilla"..aka ones that don't feel too out of place with the vanilla gameplay and seem like things that could be added in a vanilla update

ive downloaded all these mods to my forge app.But im only allowed to launch them seperately?when i click on add more content and type in the mods i want included in this mod pack i cant find the ones i just downloaded.Can anyone help?
