Does each shared mailbox come with its own imap settings? Is it possible to set up multiple shared accounts as a separate email client on a computer?

If we didn't add anyone in the Send Us, then no one will able to send email from the Shared mail box. But any one in the organization can able to send mail to Shared Mail box Am i right?

Suggest to create a equipment mailbox and apply it.

How to add shared mailbox to outlook. One user I have selected as only send as. he doesn't have access to mailbox, unless and untill someone copy his personal mail while sending mail to shard mailbox he wont be able to get the mail or reply to the mail.

Maybe its due to permission related issue. Can you access the shared mailbox using OWA?

How do you add a shared mailbox to a distribution list? I tried creating one but it says email is already used. Do I need to delete the DL and then create it?

You can't create with the same name. DL and shared mail box both are different.

Do we need required licence for share mail box . Or we can use u licence

You can use shared mailbox to store up to 50 GB of data without assigning a license to it.
