It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. kzfaq.infoUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

Just done this for the first time and gosh it was tough! 🥵. Fantastic workout. Had planned to do a little add on after but nah that is me done for the day 🤣

When u come home to weight day and see Mr PMA uploaded this!😍 Really pushed, my heart rate was as high as when I run! Much needed as working through lockdown with reduced staff.

it’s better if u dont stop doing it as it demotivates the viewer and feels that you are hving a hard time doing whatever you are telling us to do. and also lessen the talkings. but still thanks for this vid. :)

It is a good kettlebell workout, you can change every exercise to a kettlebell . thx for uploading .

Great workout, first time lifting dumbbells in a year so this was a perfect introduction back into it. I only ask that the trainer trains along side the student. We want you to be pushing and working hard which will push us harder to give that 102%. We want to see you sweating and cursing as well

Hi ! Great circuit,strong moves... But ...emom crossfit protocols don't have extra break between sets,you only have what's left of the minute,right? That's how you accomplish endurance..💪💪💪

This is the 2nd time I do this workout and I had to stop after the second set taking a long break right now lol (might I add I went jogging for two miles before I started this but damn dude this shit kills me)

😂 этот чувак не сделал ни одного полного 40с рабочего комлекса😂😂😂 он болтал как умалишенный в каждом упражнении больше половины времени, а работал секунд 10-15. Сам комлекс в целом норм
