Delicious Italian tomato soup with croutons in just 20 minutes. Suitable for vegetarians and fasting. A healthy and aromatic first course. Ideal for lunch. It is prepared very simply and from simple products. Be sure to try this amazing tomato soup.
Ingredients (for 3 servings):
Water (boiling water) - 1 l
Tomatoes - 500 g.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 2 pinches
Salt - 2 chips.
Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Purified water - 150 ml
For croutons:
Bread - a few slices
Smoked paprika - 1 chips.
Salt, pepper - to taste
Dry garlic - 1 pinch
