I felt calm right after doing this. I overate earlier and i wanted to help my digestion before i go to bed. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking through the comment and is hesitant to try it!

This was the gentle stretch I needed after dealing with food poisoning this weekend. My stomach felt calmer after the video and I feel ready for bed.

Tried this in the morning after I woke up. My tummy’s an orchestra and I burped when I’m done with the routine. Im a beginner and I can’t do some of the poses as flexible as you did, but this works 😄 thank you Sarah.

I thought this said Yoga for Depression, I was feeling bummed so I clicked. Feel much better now. Realized after it said digestion. Maybe you could tag this for Depression as well? Great class. Thx.

This really really helped a lot...after about 3 days of doing this yoga i could definitely feel the difference... I always felt so bloated and it helped easing it to a great extent ...and after about a week of doing this routine the bloating was mostly gone...the overall digestion process has also improved greatly... it might take a while to get used to all the stretching, but it's worth it. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful routine.

I personally like these yoga practices. I’ve done the 15 minute one a few times but I felt like wanting more time. This one is perfect for now. At the end of the practice it seems as if my belly was a bit les bloated. I hope this will work in the long run.

Hey Sarah. Came across your video after following another yogi's channel. I love how your instructions are very simple, direct, and focused on the exercise. It's easy for me to relax and transition into poses without having to actually LOOK at the video. And it's easy for beginners, like myself - overweight or not - to follow. As someone who's been suffering from an anxiety disorder and IBD/IBS with recent pancreal issues...this video INSTANTLY saved me a trip from the ER this morning! You are DEFINITELY being followed...Thank you

I’ve got R-CPD (my cricopharynxgeus muscle can’t relax enough for me to belch), so I get pretty frequent bloating. I’m still a beginner with yoga, but I managed to do this one and I feel vastly better than I did before. I no longer feel like I’m suffocating-thank you, Sarah!

For years I tried to force myself to like Yoga, but I always find it so boring. I like active fitness so yoga makes me bored somehow. Was in so much pain from bloating or indigestion that I didn't want to wear pants much less do yoga. Lol. As soon as I started this, though, felt instantly better. Your videos never feel as long as they are either. I'm always surprised when its over.
