How many times a week should I do this. I have tight muscles Achilles, calf’s hamstrings and hips. Should I do hip flexors and hamstring slow stretch too or just one of them 2 or 3 times a week.

This was nice. My hips and hamstrings can really use some stretching. Although you hold the poses for a longer period of time (so slow stretch), some of them are intense and/or active so would not necessarily think of this as a slow stretch
