It's a beautiful kind of masochistic--I have a personal thing where I don't allow myself to add weight until I can hit it 20 times in a row and still have the ability to do basic math and know what day it is and say my name. A and O times 3.

Awesome seeing two of the strongest and smartest lifters working together, and what a testament to sub maximal training, Chad has squatting 440kg and he had a great workout using 185kg and 155kg, even down to 110kg in the end there, you don't always have to lift heavy to lift heavy 💪

I appreciate this to no end! I never see people doing this. I have lifted like this(when I lift) since I was in middle school. 2x a week I also add a fatigue set as the last set of each movement. Drop the weight to the original starting and go until fatigue. Many times that equals 60 to 100 reps.

Mad interesting how Stan's view on extensions in relation to lower back pain. Reverse hypers & weighted oblique twists did wonders for my lower back/trunk (core). I can also imagine DB farmer's walks won't engage my core nearly as much as the handles you guys are using. I need to try those ASAP. Thanks for the video.
@1DEADBEEF17 жыл бұрын
Dennis D thanks for your input! i found it mad interesting as well, how do you hit weighted obliques? exercise ball? i need to find a way to do the reverse hyper extensions you mentioned as my gym dont have that rack. cheers bro!
@DJHEV7 жыл бұрын
>Exercise Ball ranging from 10lbs to utmost 20lbs for sets of 10 to failure. Messed with the idea of using a plate but felt awkward (to each its own though) >Yeah bro the reverse hyper in addition to using the ab wheel/stretches/mobility/etc. >I actually had to go to several gyms to use their Reverse-Hyper as mine at the time did not have it as well. Cheers.

doing these 20ies (3x20) for 6 months now in the endphase 3. phase of one training (1. would be Main movement according to the stuff i've read in the juggernaut ebooks and podcasts etc, 2. would be some assistance movements with a lil bit higher reps than the main movement) and I've got stronger in all my lifts. My knee isnt swollen anymore after squats and I recover like shit. Juggernaut x Efferding is the perfect way for me. 655/450/705 my numbers so far. Ty very much to you 🤘🏻

@martin12345123452 жыл бұрын
I always wondered why strongmen are so much bigger then powerlifters when their diets are extremely similar. Never really thought about the handling of heavy weights for long periods of time being the factor but it totally makes sense. Looks like I'll be getting a hex bar for some farmers walks.

Juggernaut Training Systems couple of serious questions. 1. is there a difference in the support you get when it comes to knee wraps vs knee sleeves? 2. With that said, would the stance matter for the wraps and sleeves? 3. is the gym a crossfit gym or regular gym? I look forward to your reply.
@JuggernautTrainingSystems7 жыл бұрын
1. Much. Even the smallest sleeve is maybe give 20# of carryover and most of that is from psychological and propioceptive reasons. There are lifters getting over 100# out of wraps. 2. I don't think its necessary to change stance but the technique to maximize wraps is a bit different. 3. We share a 10,000 sq ft space with a CrossFit gym.

Nevertheless, never judge this man as we must comprehend everyone has a choice in life. You may like rap I like metal. You may wear pants I wear shorts. You may eat clean I eat whatever I want. The list goes on and on.... control your own life but, if you can take the message at heart here ,,,,, TRUST ME it’s a positive thing👍🏼👍🏼
