@@Thatscrayzee well fortunately the yarn they used wasnt the cat hair.. that was store bought yarn. And it is far more of a process than just twisting cat hair together as well.

I guess since wool is made from sheep hair, this isn't much different. I guess you could make something that's a nice momento from your cats hair. Like the picture frame project. You could make a frame for a picture of your cat, out of your cat's hair!

Sheepwool without washing („fresh from the sheep“) smells awfull! I spinn the hair/wool from my dog and after washing the yarn theres no stink

I never understood why human dislikes theses videos, who ever comes up with theses ideas are so creative. I like the 2 pop bottle to hold your yarn idea. Even though I live in Oregon & we get 10 cent deposit back on cans. I would try it.

Pull the nails out is my best guess. Good point, btw! If I were to do this craft, I'd nail all the nails, then pull them all out and put them back in the holes gently. Or drill the wood with holes just a little bit larger than the nails so the nails could be removed easily.

For the cat hair socks, you could just use a spinning wheel to make it into yarn.. yet just like wool you should clean it first.. 😬
