I have pretty much 2 gameboys that are in need of a repair/restoration and im currently working on the AGS 101 model and soon gotta replace the screen on my ags 001 model

Worst restoration I’ve ever seen! Could tell how this video was going to go once you forced the hinges out when they keyways weren’t lined up. Then forced back in

@@GForceGaming-mr1lk I absolutely agree with you, with the first shell I had completely put the hinges in wrong based on a video I had seen. I know I didn't show it, but the installation of the second shell was much smoother seeing as I corrected all my previous mistakes as well as fixing hinge placement. I really just didn't want to rerecord the process and I wanted to focus and get it perfect. Plus it would have taken much longer.

@@edgerestores it’s a learning process I restore and mod consoles for my own use weekly best advice I can give is watch a few videos before you start so you know you’re getting it right also there’s nothing in modded that should ever have to be forced if something takes a lot of presure you’re probably doing it wrong. Yours came out looking decent in the end though and your happy that’s what counts!
