Meet Devontay, he operates his own cook shop in Portland Jamaica. His mother operates a small community shop in the same area, where she sells juices, snacks and other food stuffs. This small cook shop is open everyday of the week and provides authentic Jamaican food, cooked over coal fire. In this video Devontay cooks our very own curry goat, brownstew chicken, jerk chicken, rice and peas and fried chicken. On some days you get Oxtail!
