On the off chance that someone needs to ken this, you can farm glowstone by breaking glowstone blocks that you have placed, in the skill tree there is a skill that gives you back the maximum drops for blocks like glowstone, so in this case 4 dust. Breaking the block even when player placed has a chance to spawn a Zephyr. Glowstone dust is one of their drops. This should hold true in the current 2.9.3 version of RLCraft. I'll probably boot it up and check that, If I remember to test it I'll try to remember to edit this comment.
